Director of Product Management (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own the multi-year product strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for the scanning engine portfolio across hirify.global One.
• Build and lead a high-performing product management team, developing talent and setting consistent standards.
• Establish measurable business outcomes for detection quality, performance, accuracy, scale, and customer trust.
• Partner with R&D leadership to align engineering capacity and delivery commitments with the roadmap.
• Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into differentiated strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Engage enterprise customers and C-level stakeholders while representing the engine strategy in executive reviews, customer briefings, industry events, and analyst engagements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years in a SaaS environment.
• 3+ years of experience leading product teams in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Proven success launching and scaling B2B SaaS or enterprise security products.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, lean principles, stakeholder management, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working with enterprise customers, C-level stakeholders, and technical users.
• Strong perspective on AI/ML product development and familiarity with the data, model development, evaluation, and deployment lifecycle; cybersecurity, application security, or developer tooling experience is strongly preferred.
