Engineer 1 - Project (Medical Devices)

Location: Onsite in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia

What you will do

• Manage engineering projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality requirements.
• Develop project execution plans, monitor milestones and performance targets, and resolve issues that could cause delays.
• Prepare cost, resource, and timeline estimates; allocate resources and assign responsibilities.
• Coordinate Engineering, Technical, Drafting, Manufacturing, and other operational functions.
• Manage external contractors and suppliers and lead project review meetings and stakeholder status reporting.
• Lead, coach, and support project team members while coordinating activities toward key deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering field.
• At least 1 year of experience in project management, machine and process validation or qualification, and engineering change or change control processes.
• Experience in manufacturing is required; construction experience does not meet the stated requirement.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Work onsite in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia.
