What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Provide live 60-minute video intakes and follow-up appointments, including medication management.
• Deliver culturally responsive, family-centered care and educate families about mental health conditions and home support.
• Collaborate with therapists, coaches, physicians, and other care team members, including through team meetings and clinical consultations.
• Document assessments, care plans, and progress notes accurately and on time while using outcome data to improve care quality.
• Follow regulatory, quality, accreditation, and ethical standards in clinical practice.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with an active license in at least one US state.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families.
• Computer and live-video tool literacy, including platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Doxy.me, or Skype.
• Familiarity with JCAHO guidelines and practice within an accredited framework.
• Telehealth or teletherapy experience is preferred but not required.
