Senior Regulatory Manager (AML/KYC)

Location: Hybrid, based in the London or Jersey office; 40% office-based

What you will do

• Advise KYC360 customers on financial regulation affecting onboarding, screening, and customer lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain regulatory expertise across the UK, Crown Dependencies, British Overseas Territories, Malta, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and the GCC.
• Create onboarding journeys and lifecycle management routines for common customer types in selected jurisdictions.
• Support sales conversations, product demonstrations, solution consultancy, and collaboration with sales engineers.
• Provide regulatory guidance during customer implementation projects and account management meetings.
• Share customer feedback and regulatory insight with marketing and product development teams to support product improvements.

Requirements

• Extensive regulatory experience gained within a global company.
• In-depth knowledge of UK, EU, and Caribbean legislation.
• Expertise in applying financial regulation to products, customers, and operational teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and a process-focused approach.
• Experience advising customers and internal teams on regulatory compliance.
