Psychiatrist - Child & Adolescent - 1099 Contractor (Virtual) - Florida (Mental Health)

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Provide evidence-based treatment and medication management for anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and related conditions.
• Deliver live 60-minute virtual intake appointments and regular follow-up sessions.
• Engage families in care planning, education, and supportive interventions at home.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, provide consultations, and refer members to therapy and coaching services.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation, use outcomes data, and follow ethical, regulatory, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with an active license in at least one US state.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with live video tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, Doxy.me, or Skype.
• Commitment to family engagement and culturally responsive, patient-centered care.
• Familiarity with JCAHO guidelines and practice within an accredited framework.
