Staff Pharmacist

Location: Walmart Supercenter 00842, Pueblo, Colorado, United States; onsite pharmacy role.

Annual salary: $98,000–$172,000 for a 40-hour workweek, prorated for other schedules. Additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses and a $50,000 sign-on bonus are offered.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care and accurately process and dispense prescription orders.
• Counsel customers on healthcare needs and prescription medications.
• Administer immunizations and other pharmacy programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, regulations, HIPAA, and PHI guidelines.
• Model effective customer service and guide pharmacy staff.
• Participate in community outreach and engagement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and pharmacy best practices.
• Strong customer and partner relationship-building skills, adaptability, and commitment to regulatory compliance.
