Staff Pharmacist (Pharmacy Retail)

Location: Pickering, Ontario, Canada; onsite at 1899 Brock Road, Pickering.

Salary: CAD 41.60–55.90 per hour, based on relevant experience.

What you will do

• Assist the Pharmacy Manager with daily pharmacy operations and execution of business action plans.
• Accept prescriptions and refill requests from customers, doctors, and hospitals.
• Fill prescriptions accurately, efficiently, and safely using established workflow models.
• Counsel patients on pharmaceutical products and provide medication reviews, injections, and other eligible services.
• Maintain pharmaceutical storage, operate pharmacy equipment, and protect patient privacy.
• Support a positive patient experience and maintain pharmacy operations during posted business hours.

Requirements

• Pharmacist License required.
• Applicants must be 16 or older.
• Knowledge of provincial pharmacy regulations and privacy requirements.
• Ability to operate pharmacy equipment, including the register and computer systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Pickering, Ontario.
