Laboratory Technician - Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Toronto Inc.

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; relocation to Mississauga, Ontario is expected in 2026. Onsite laboratory work with standing required for more than 50% of the working time.

Salary: CAD 45,000–50,000 per year.

What you will do

• Provide technical support, sample preparation, and analysis in the biopharmaceutical chemistry testing laboratory.
• Prepare mobile phases and handle routine and non-routine wet chemistry procedures.
• Operate laboratory instruments and equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Retrieve and interpret routine analysis data and prepare laboratory reports.
• Manage samples and disposal activities while maintaining accurate laboratory documentation.
• Work with supervisors, laboratory staff, and customers to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Chemistry or a diploma in a related field, with a solid chemistry background.
• 1–3 years of experience with wet chemistry techniques, including academic experience.
• Experience with pharmaceutical testing and familiarity with USP requirements.
• Ability to work under GMP and GLP guidelines and maintain accurate records.
• Computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Good command of English required. Strong organization, communication, accuracy, independence, and ability to work under pressure are essential.
