What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, lobby engagement, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking and financial solutions.
• Build customer loyalty and expand share of wallet through technology, product knowledge, and community partnerships.
• Resolve customer problems while managing operational, compliance, and loss-related risks.
• Participate in daily branch operations and ensure accurate, efficient execution of procedures.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage risk and follow established banking policies and procedures.
