Infrastructure Architecture SME (Cybersecurity)

Location: San Antonio, Texas, United States; onsite. Travel is not required.

What you will do

• Apply acquisition and sustainment network engineering principles and methodologies under DoDI 5000.2 and AFI 63-101.
• Adapt networks, firewalls, gateway components, systems, and interfaces for the Cyber Agile Acquisition process used in JCC2.
• Design high-volume, high-speed, high-reliability network architectures and produce DoDAF-quality network diagrams.
• Analyze latency, collisions, secure channels, and other performance metrics to improve JCC2 capabilities.
• Develop hardware and software upgrade roadmaps and provide technical baselines and alternative solutions to the program manager.
• Prepare acquisition documentation, briefings, plans, reports, estimates, and other artifacts for engineering, program management, cybersecurity, and product support stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, or an advanced degree and 3 years of networking experience.
• Experience participating in an ACAT level III or higher acquisition program.
• CCNP certification.
• Top Secret security clearance.
• Expert-level knowledge and experience in infrastructure architecture and advanced knowledge of cyber and networking domains.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.

Nice to have

• High-level cloud engineering experience.
• Familiarity with the Joint Cyber Command and Control system or comparable capabilities.
• US Government acquisition program office experience.
• Agile development environment experience.
