What you will do

  • Manage the complete RMF authorization and assessment lifecycle for assigned classified information systems.
  • Assess classified cyber assurance programs against industry standards, regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and organizational needs.
  • Interpret and implement new regulatory and contractual requirements across classified systems and applications.
  • Plan and coordinate audits, assessments, tests, and activities required to maintain active ATOs for classified networks.
  • Evaluate automation, assessment, management, and GRC toolsets, including Nessus, Splunk, Security Center, ServiceNow, and eMASS.
  • Lead and mentor cyber assurance analysts while coordinating with internal stakeholders, government customers, suppliers, and contractual partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience managing cyber assurance for classified computer systems or networks.
  • 3+ years of experience in cyber assurance.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain or maintain required government authorizations.
  • Must work onsite in Torrance, California; remote work is not considered.
  • DoD IAM Level III eligibility based on active certifications and a counterintelligence-scope polygraph, or the ability to complete one.
  • Ability to work extended hours or weekends when needed and travel locally and domestically.

Nice to have

  • Experience with NRO A&A, JSIG A&A, and the seven-step RMF process.
  • Experience obtaining ATOs for networks, weapon systems, and satellite systems.
  • COMSEC procedures and practices expertise.
  • Master's degree in Cybersecurity, project management experience, and a record of delivering high-quality solutions quickly.
  • Experience integrating IT and product security functions in highly technical environments.
