What you will do
- Own growth programs across outbound email, paid acquisition, content, brand, SEO, partnerships, and events.
- Formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests, track metrics, and optimize channels based on results.
- Plan and optimize cold email outbound programs, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, and sender reputation.
- Launch and manage paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Create and distribute blogs, newsletters, social posts, testimonials, case studies, and product stories.
- Develop SEO initiatives and organize marketing partnerships and online and offline events.
Requirements
- Must work on-site in San Francisco, California.
- 0–3 years of experience in growth or marketing, suitable for an intern or new graduate.
- Hands-on experience with outbound email, paid acquisition, content, SEO, partnerships, and events.
- Experience with cold email deliverability, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, and sender reputation.
- Knowledge of Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, content creation, SEO, and event organization.
- Ability to own outcomes and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.
