Sr. Communication Consultant, Knowledge Management

Salary: $76,220–$127,102 per year

What you will do

• Write, edit, publish, and maintain operational and technical content across multiple platforms and audience personas.
• Audit content for accuracy and relevance while using analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage complex content projects, coordinate stakeholders, and align communication strategies across business units.
• Partner with Technology on user acceptance testing, test scripts, and defect troubleshooting within content management systems.
• Serve as a content management subject matter expert, participate in quality control, and train teammates.
• Lead or participate in team, project, and business process meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Management Information Systems, English, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in content management, web development, technical writing, or internal communications.
• Experience with enterprise content management systems and web analytics; Adobe Experience Manager experience is preferred.
• Experience creating content for AI-driven delivery platforms, including chatbots and virtual assistants.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
• Strong analytical, collaboration, project management, prioritization, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager.
