Wellness Nurse (LPN) Full-time 3pm-11pm

Location: 655 Main St S, Southbury, CT 06488, USA. Onsite role with a full-time schedule from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Salary: $34.50–$36.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide direct nursing care to senior living residents.
• Supervise care staff in line with state regulations and community policies.
• Monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance under federal, state, and local standards.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and promote high-quality resident service.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current LPN license.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, methods, and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Experience working with residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lift or support residents weighing up to 50 pounds.
