Senior Project Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA, United States

Salary: $135,000–$145,000 annually, plus eligibility for commission or an annual performance incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead the execution of large, client-facing, revenue-generating professional services engagements.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, vendors, partners, and client activities from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate software solution modifications with extended project teams and ensure high-quality client delivery.
• Prepare project status reports for internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Identify risks, create mitigation plans, resolve issues, and determine appropriate escalation paths.
• Forecast project revenue and billable service hours while optimizing resource utilization across concurrent projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field.
• At least five years of project management experience, including managing projects and serving external clients.
• Required project management certification.
• Ability to manage projects ranging from 1,500 to 5,000 hours and portfolios of up to $1.5–$2.5 million in revenue.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
