Senior Supply Chain Developer (SAP)

What you will do

• Analyze end-to-end supply chain performance across order acknowledgement, delivery, backlog, customer repairs, forecasting, inventory, and production.
• Lead process improvement initiatives across Manufacturing, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse, Sales, Projects, and master data functions.
• Act as an SAP Advanced Key User, improving SAP utilization, master data quality, system integration, and ERP governance.
• Develop SAP process documentation, governance controls, user guidance, dashboards, and training materials.
• Apply Lean methods, KPI analysis, root cause analysis, and lessons learned to deliver sustainable improvements.
• Support on-time delivery above 95%, shorter lead times, and annual financial targets across multiple service plants.

Requirements

• Significant experience in supply chain, planning, or operational process improvement within a complex manufacturing, engineering, or service environment.
• Strong hands-on SAP knowledge across planning, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and master data processes.
• Experience leading continuous improvement, process development, or change initiatives across multiple functions.
• Experience with Lean, root cause analysis, KPIs, and performance data.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and training skills.
• Experience across multiple sites or international teams and flexibility to travel internationally where required.
