Commercial Loan Administrator, Sr (Commercial Banking)

Location: Fully onsite in Colorado Springs, Colorado at 315 E Pikes Peak Ave, Offices 12-15, Colorado Springs, CO 80903.

Salary: $25.00–$39.00 per hour, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Serve as a primary liaison for commercial customers during onboarding and ongoing relationship servicing.
• Partner with commercial relationship teams to gather and review underwriting, documentation, and closing information for complex C&I, construction, and term loans.
• Prepare, process, monitor, and maintain loan and customer files, servicing-system data, closing conditions, ticklers, and audit documentation.
• Work with attorneys and financial or legal resources to prepare accurate documents that protect the bank's interests.
• Review customer issues, account maintenance requests, advances, insurance, title policies, title exceptions, and UCC searches.
• Perform GL certification, including research, balancing, and certification, while supporting compliance with applicable banking regulations.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of required experience in banking, loan administration, and documentation.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial banking, complex lending structures, letters of credit, borrower-based lending, phased construction, and multiple collateral properties.
• Experience with real estate construction draw analysis, reconciliation, and disbursement.
• Ability to analyze title insurance commitment reports, title exceptions, and title or escrow instructions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers and business software such as Word and Excel; occasional travel may be required.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or training other associates.
