Construction Administrator II (Commercial Real Estate)

What you will do

• Administer complex commercial real estate and multifamily residential construction loan portfolios from origination through payoff or rollover.
• Review loan documents and coordinate with attorneys, borrowers, investors, participants, and other stakeholders to ensure closing and funding compliance.
• Monitor equity contributions, loan budgets, reallocations, project costs, completion dates, and covenant compliance.
• Coordinate inspections and work with relationship managers, inspectors, and borrowers to resolve construction issues.
• Monitor title updates, lien priority, draw documentation, and project performance to identify and escalate critical risks.
• Maintain loan information systems, support audits and regulatory controls, and assist with training and department initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of commercial real estate or multifamily closing, asset management, loan administration, or underwriting experience.
• Alternatively, at least 7 years of combined higher education and work experience, including 3 years of relevant commercial real estate or multifamily experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, regulations, risk controls, and construction loan requirements.
• Proficiency with personal computers, loan information systems, relevant software, and internet applications.
• Ability to interact effectively with personnel at all organizational levels and maintain strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Banking experience in commercial real estate and multifamily residential construction monitoring or loan workout.
