Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist II

Location: HQ - San Diego, California, United States

Salary: $25.00–$30.76 per hour, plus eligible discretionary annual cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 12.5% each.

What you will do

• Process commercial loan modifications, advances, draws, payments, payoffs, escrow disbursements, and insurance tracking.
• Review financial documents and loan agreements for servicing activities.
• Board loans and maintain accurate information in core systems.
• Process business-unit invoices through Oracle.
• Complete daily and monthly clearing-account and loan reconciliations, including rate adjustments.
• Maintain loan document storage and support other Commercial Lending Operations priorities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in loan servicing.
• Strong customer service and commercial lending operations skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Proficiency with MS Office and strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
