What you will do

• Review, code, and process invoices according to company policies.
• Perform three-way matching between receipts, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with cross-functional partners and apply accurate sales tax rates by jurisdiction.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Build relationships with new and existing vendors.
• Identify process improvements and provide support to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems and process improvement implementation or support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with a team, and communicate effectively across organizational levels.
• Ability to work onsite in Long Beach, California, United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience with Infor LN ERP, formerly BAAN.
• Experience using Ramp.
