Accounts Payable Specialist (Finance)

Location: Hybrid role based in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States; in-office work is required.

What you will do

• Create, review, and send a high volume of bills of sale.
• Prepare and process check and ACH payments.
• Reconcile accounts across multiple internal operating systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers about payment status and inquiries while collaborating with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate vendor transaction, adjustment, and approval records for audits and policy compliance.
• Support month-end close and other Accounts Payable and accounting activities.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar role.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Working knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive duties, multiple payment deadlines, and confidential information.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Must be able to work in-office at the Las Vegas office. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
