What you will do

• Provide legal, regulatory, and documentation support across fund administration, registrar and transfer agent, investor AML, banking, custody, trustee, regulatory reporting, registered office, and corporate secretary businesses.
• Review, draft, negotiate, and execute service, outsourcing, vendor, intragroup, and other commercial agreements.
• Respond to legal queries from operational teams, control functions, client services, senior management, and entity boards.
• Advise the business on day-to-day legal and regulatory matters across key jurisdictions.
• Coordinate external legal counsel and support projects, new business initiatives, and internal committees.
• Maintain and create legal precedents in response to legal, regulatory, operational, and market developments.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 7–10 years of post-qualification experience.
• Valid practicing certificate in England and Wales or New York.
• In-house legal experience, ideally with a bank, fund manager, or fund service provider.
• Experience advising on commercial documentation, financial services regulation, and business operations.
