Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: United States; up to 15% travel may be required

Salary: $126,200–$212,754 base salary annually for US-based employees; additional bonus, commission, and potential equity may apply

What you will do

• Participate in sales processes with direct and channel sales teams for large, strategic, and complex accounts.
• Discover customer requirements and align them with hirify.global solutions using AI tooling.
• Deliver foundational implementation and proof-of-value engagements in onsite and remote settings.
• Educate customers on product architecture, functional design, and implementation best practices.
• Lead technical customer engagements and collaborate with sales, product, professional services, solution engineering, and customer success.
• Build agentic technology solutions and demonstrations that become standard for hirify.global products.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of professional experience in an enterprise software company, systems integrator, or consulting firm, including 3+ years in software implementation or pre-sales.
• Experience in software development, implementation, configuration, customer communication, and partner collaboration.
• Working knowledge of web services, application servers, databases, virtualization, directories, and modern SaaS architecture.
• Experience with agentic coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Kiro, Google Antigravity, GitHub Copilot, or OpenAI Codex.
• Experience with Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, and React; familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, PowerShell, JSON, and AWS, Azure, or GCP is desirable.
• Computer Science or Engineering degree, or equivalent experience; hirify.global Certified Engineer or Solution Architect certification is expected within 12 months of hire.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience with identity, governance, and access management solutions.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, XML, SPML/SOAP, enterprise platforms, relational or NoSQL databases, directories, and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with hirify.global, Saviynt, RSA/Aveksa, One Identity, Oracle Identity Manager, AI and machine learning concepts, security software, or IT audit.
• Experience with project management, quality assurance, usability and performance testing, automated testing, and test planning.
• J2EE or CISSP certification is a plus.
