Product Designer Associate (Designer de Produto Associado) - São Paulo [Hybrid]

Location: São Paulo, Brazil — hybrid. Work is split between the office, customer interactions or visits, and home, with office presence expected organically and more frequently during ramp-up or when required by the leader.

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in continuous discovery to shape product requirements.
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing, using AI for desk research and synthesis while maintaining insight quality.
• Transform ambiguous problems into user and business-focused flows and interfaces.
• Use AI tools to create functional, testable prototypes through rapid design iterations.
• Maintain quality and consistency across deliverables and contribute to the agent-ready design system.
• Own UX performance and drive improvements for designed products.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product, UX, or Interaction Designer with end-to-end ownership from discovery through product launch.
• A portfolio demonstrating shipped design work.
• Daily hands-on use of AI in the design workflow, such as Claude, Figma AI, or v0.
• Experience planning, conducting, and synthesizing user research and usability studies.
• Proficiency with Figma or comparable design and prototyping tools.
• Good English communication skills and availability for a hybrid role in São Paulo.

Nice to have

• Frontend knowledge for closer collaboration with engineering.
• Comfort with Git and the command line.
• Experience creating structured, agent-ready guidelines and documentation.
• Experience building personal skills, apps, or tools that improve process efficiency.
