People Operations Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Build and improve scalable People Operations infrastructure, systems and processes.
• Own people systems including HiBob and Culture15, ensuring accurate data, reporting and decision support.
• Deliver performance reviews, development reviews, salary and bonus reviews, share awards, benefits cycles and employee BPSS checks.
• Improve the employee experience through data, feedback and people-focused initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and maintain compliant people policies and procedures.
• Lead and develop the Talent Partner while providing strategic oversight of Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading People Operations or People Services functions.
• Excellent knowledge of employment law, GDPR and HR compliance.
• Experience managing reward, benefits and annual people cycles.
• Strong employee relations experience and a data-driven, analytical approach.
• Experience supporting international workforces and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Colchester location.
