What you will do

• Plan, execute, and deliver complex IT projects in laboratory environments.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Define project scope and implement quality assurance processes for IT systems.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and promote continuous improvement and best practices.
• Prepare project status reports and manage vendor relationships for IT quality laboratory projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP certification and 7+ years of IT project management experience focused on quality applications.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, quality assurance, IT infrastructure, systems, and risk management.
• Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and Document Management Systems (DMS).
• Knowledge of GxP regulatory compliance and a proven record of delivering projects in complex IT environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
