TL;DR
Senior Cloud Migration Project Manager (Cloud Migration): Leading client cloud migration and modernization projects across scope, cost, schedule, contractual deliverables, and cloud platform delivery with an accent on Agile delivery, Design Thinking, and continuous modernization. Focus on coordinating delivery teams and stakeholders, integrating legacy systems with modernized applications, and driving refactoring, containerization, APIs, and microservices creation.
Location: Remote, Poland; some travel may be required based on business demand.

What you will do
- Lead project teams delivering cloud migration and modernization solutions according to SOW and contractual requirements.
- Manage project scope, cost, schedule, risks, and contractual deliverables.
- Apply Garage Method for Cloud, Design Thinking, Agile Delivery Model, and Continuous Modernization approaches.
- Coordinate with client project managers, stakeholders, and modernization delivery teams.
- Deliver projects on Cloud, AWS, Azure, Red Hat OpenShift, or Google cloud platforms.
Requirements
- Master's degree.
- Experience managing cloud migration projects, including scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
- Experience with project management and modernization approaches such as Agile Delivery, Design Thinking, and Continuous Modernization.
- Strong understanding of application components including Systems of Engagement, Insight, Integration, and Records.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform: Cloud, AWS, Azure, Red Hat OpenShift, or Google.
- Experience with co-existence architecture, refactoring, containerization, APIs, microservices, language conversion, and database conversion.

- Experience integrating legacy systems with modernized applications.
- Experience designing scalable, modular, and maintainable microservices architectures.
