Senior Specialist Designer (AI)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid workplace

hirify.global develops and manages a visual brand presence across 13 markets through its Creative Studio and marketing teams.

What you will do

• Translate campaign briefs into visual concepts and production-ready marketing assets.
• Create and adapt assets for CRM, social, display, web, and print channels.
• Build, test, and refine AI-powered workflows for image production, retouching, and generation.
• Maintain the brand photography library, identify imagery gaps, and source replacements.
• Manage multiple design projects, prioritize work, and meet tight deadlines.
• Set visual quality standards, improve creative workflows, and mentor less experienced designers.

Requirements

• Proven graphic or digital design experience in an in-house, agency, or fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating multichannel campaigns, conceptual thinking, and high-quality craft.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Bridge, and Illustrator; familiarity with Figma.
• Deep knowledge of typography, layout, color, composition, and multichannel asset adaptation.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle ambiguous briefs and tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI image tools such as Adobe Firefly, Gemini, or Claude.
• Fluency in additional European languages alongside English.
• Degree or formal qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Art, or a related discipline.
