Marketing Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, flexible work environment. hirify.global has offices in New York, London, Singapore, and Tel Aviv.

What you will do

• Design marketing assets for paid campaigns, social media, email, landing pages, presentations, websites, and brand collateral.
• Create visual concepts and explore creative directions using generative AI tools.
• Design physical brand experiences, including exhibition booths, event graphics, signage, and environmental branding.
• Produce creative variations to support campaign testing, optimization, and performance.
• Translate campaign objectives and messaging into effective visual storytelling in partnership with the marketing team.
• Maintain consistent visual identity and improve creative workflows, quality, speed, and scale.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in marketing, brand, or visual design, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, branding, visual hierarchy, and multi-channel marketing design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Professional experience using generative AI tools for ideation, content creation, editing, and production.
• Strong creative judgment and the ability to combine AI-generated outputs with professional design craft and brand standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered video, animation, and motion design tools such as Runway, Kling, or Seedance.
• Familiarity with Webflow or Framer for landing pages and marketing websites.
• Experience creating motion graphics and video content with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or AI-powered motion design platforms.
