Graphic Designer (EdTech)

Location: Remote within Europe, with working schedule overlap of CET +/-3 hours.

What you will do

• Create graphic assets for monetisation funnels, including paywalls, upsells, promotional banners, and store materials.
• Develop and adapt vector illustrations and UI graphics within the existing visual style and design system.
• Design banners and visual assets for email marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and localise screenshots and assets for the App Store and Google Play.
• Adapt creatives for different formats, sizes, and A/B test variations.
• Create Lottie animations, maintain visual consistency, and organise source files according to handoff guidelines.

Requirements

• Junior-level commercial experience in graphic design and a portfolio featuring graphic design, vector illustrations, or marketing visuals.
• Formal art or design education, or completed design courses.
• Confident daily use of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to create vector illustrations independently and apply colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience generating images with AI tools and ability to iterate on designs based on feedback while meeting deadlines.
• Clear communication, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with designers, PMM, and other stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Lottie animations.
• Experience with Midjourney, Krea, or similar AI image tools.
• Strong illustration skills and visual fundamentals.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to suggest improvements.
