What you will do

• Plan, execute, and deliver complex IT projects in laboratory environments.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, scope, and delivery status.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement quality assurance processes and conduct risk assessments with mitigation planning.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare project status reports.
• Manage vendors and projects involving laboratory applications, LIMS, and DMS solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP certification required.
• 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on quality applications.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, quality assurance, IT infrastructure, systems, and risk management.
• Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS), Document Management Systems (DMS), and GxP regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and complex project delivery skills.
