Senior Scrum Master (French Speaker)

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal

Salary: €28,000–€52,000 per year

What you will do

• Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coach team members in Agile principles, self-organization, and accountability.
• Coordinate communication between IT teams and stakeholders in French and English.
• Track team performance metrics and implement improvements to productivity.
• Refine Agile processes, mediate conflicts, and facilitate productive discussions.
• Maintain documentation covering Agile processes, sprint goals, and team progress.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in a similar Scrum Master role.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices.
• Professional French communication skills are required.
• English communication skills are required.
• Availability to work in a hybrid setup in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal.
