TL;DR

Junior Project Manager (Healthcare and Cybersecurity): Coordinating healthcare and cybersecurity projects from planning through delivery and closure with an accent on stakeholder communication, risk management, reporting, and compliance. Focus on monitoring project progress, escalating issues, and improving project management methodologies in a regulated healthcare environment.

Location: On-site in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do

Coordinate project activities to support timely delivery within scope and budget.
Support senior project managers in planning, execution, and project closure for healthcare and cybersecurity initiatives.
Gather requirements, provide project updates, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Assist with risk management, reporting, documentation, and project compliance.
Monitor progress, escalate issues proactively, and contribute to improvements in project methodologies.

Requirements

At least one year of professional project management experience, especially in healthcare.
Experience in cybersecurity and information security.
Valid PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification.
Fluent English at minimum B2 level is required.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.

Nice to have

Additional certifications in cybersecurity or health IT.
Experience working with international teams and stakeholders.
Portuguese proficiency.
