Senior Design & Development Project Manager

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end delivery from concept through design development, GFC documentation, FF&E selection, site execution, and final handover.
• Own scope, schedule, budget baselines, project forecasts, programmes, milestones, gateway reviews, and delivery action logs.
• Coordinate architecture, interior design, structural, MEP, and landscape disciplines, resolving interfaces before site execution.
• Manage consultants and contractors, including deliverables, contract obligations, change and variation control, RFIs, submittals, and version control.
• Maintain risk registers and mitigation plans, report cost, schedule, risk, and quality status, and coordinate complete as-built and FM close-out documentation.
• Mentor Project Managers and support feasibility, procurement strategy, and consultant appointments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related built-environment discipline.
• 10–15+ years of project management experience on mid- to large-scale real estate development projects.
• Experience at a real estate developer, project management consultancy, or tier-one contracting or consulting firm, with direct design-through-delivery project management exposure.
• End-to-end delivery of at least 5 mid- to large-scale real estate projects, including ground-up, conversion, and fit-out projects.
• Strong cross-discipline coordination across architecture, interior design, structural, MEP, and landscape teams.
• Commercial fluency in budgets, procurement, cost control, variations, and claims awareness.
• Exposure to multiple markets and regulatory environments; US and/or MENA experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of FIDIC and AIA contracts.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project, Procore or an equivalent CDE platform, Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, and Revit at review level.
• Ability to lead and hold consultants, contractors, and internal design teams accountable.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or RICS certification.
