Accounts Payable Associate

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year

hirify.global is building a national medical imaging network that connects patients, providers, and payers and manages the diagnostic imaging pathway end to end.

What you will do

• Enter and categorize vendor invoices, receipts, and reimbursements in Ramp and ensure accurate syncing to NetSuite.
• Prepare payments and expense reports, maintain vendor records, and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Support month-end close, reconcile AP accounts, and prepare documentation for audits.
• Monitor AP policies and internal controls, escalating irregularities and transaction risks.
• Support monthly Budget vs. Actual reporting and investigate variances with FP&A and department leads.
• Contribute to accurate financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations for multiple entities.

Requirements

• Accounting experience with journals, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Understanding of accounting principles and compliant financial reporting.
• Ability to meet tight month-end close deadlines.
• Experience working with external auditors.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and strong attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to work cross-functionally.
