Senior Corporate Accountant (AI)

Location: Dallas, TX, United States. The role requires access to export-controlled information, so candidates must be U.S. persons, eligible for access without export authorization, or eligible and reasonably likely to obtain the required authorization.

Salary: $98,000–$130,000 base salary per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end accounting for cash and cash equivalents across a high-volume, multi-bank, multi-currency structure.
• Manage bank and clearing account reconciliations, payments, disbursements, restricted cash, debt service, and cash flow statement support.
• Own SOX controls over cash, reconciliations, payments, and treasury interfaces, including narratives, risk control matrices, evidence, and remediation.
• Serve as the primary cash and treasury audit liaison for internal and external auditors.
• Lead close activities in FloQast, NetSuite, and related systems while shortening the close timeline.
• Partner with Treasury, Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Procurement, Technical Accounting, banking partners, and auditors to turn complex cash data into decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including cash, treasury, or high-volume transactional accounting in a complex environment; public company experience is required.
• Demonstrated ownership of SOX 404 controls and direct interaction with internal and external audit.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP for cash and cash equivalents, restricted cash, the Statement of Cash Flows, and foreign currency matters.
• Advanced proficiency with NetSuite or a comparable ERP, FloQast or BlackLine, bank portals, treasury systems, BI tools, and data management tools.
• Must satisfy U.S. export-control access requirements.

• Experience with Kyriba and agentic AI or other automation solutions.
