TL;DR
Product Owner - Automotive Intelligence (SaaS/data analytics): Building a native automotive intelligence workspace from Kpler's maritime data foundation with an accent on trade flows, fleet supply, asset values, emissions, ports, and bunkering. Focus on prioritising the roadmap, translating customer needs into product requirements, coordinating data and engineering delivery, and launching the product vertical in Q4 2026.

What you will do
- Own the Automotive Intelligence roadmap and backlog across seven intelligence modules.
- Translate sector strategy, customer discovery, and market feedback into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritised product initiatives.
- Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, Data, Automotive Analysis, Commercial, and customer-facing teams.
- Shape the automotive workspace experience using AIS, ownership, emissions, and other underlying data sources.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, release coordination, stakeholder communication, and product delivery cadence.
- Define success metrics covering adoption, engagement, customer outcomes, ARR, and logo targets, keeping the Q4 2026 launch on track.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience, ideally with B2B data, analytics, or SaaS products in an Agile environment.
- Experience translating strategy and customer needs into prioritised roadmaps, structured backlogs, and clear product requirements.
- Experience with data-heavy products and technical teams, including data sources, pipelines, and technical dependencies.
- Strong customer discovery, stakeholder management, data literacy, analytical skills, and product metrics experience.
- Understanding of Agile product ownership, backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, release coordination, and roadmap planning.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, roadmap management, and product analytics platforms, plus strong cross-functional communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience or knowledge of maritime, shipping, logistics, automotive, commodities, or trade intelligence.
- Familiarity with AIS, vessel tracking, freight or charter markets, emissions, ports, or terminal operations.
- Experience launching new products or modules within an existing platform.
