Marketing Operations Senior Manager

Location: Based at the head office in Lenton, near Nottingham, with some international travel.

What you will do

• Deliver the operational side of the Customer Engagement plan from planning through completion.
• Coordinate marketing activity across email, social media, targeted campaigns and company platforms.
• Define accountability, timelines, decision-making arrangements and success measures for initiatives.
• Build relationships across sales, finance, product and other business areas to support effective decisions.
• Maintain reliable marketing data, produce useful insights and report on Customer Engagement’s contribution to revenue.
• Manage agency, supplier and partner relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior marketing operations.
• Strong commercial judgement and confidence working with Directors and staff across the business.
• Experience turning data into insights and meaningful reporting.
• Ability to manage competing requests, make decisions within agreed authority and provide practical recommendations.
• Willingness to work from the Lenton head office and undertake some international travel.
