Marketing Executive

Location: London, England, United Kingdom; hybrid workplace with up to 40% of working time from home. After 12 months, working from abroad is available for up to 90 days per year.

What you will do

• Support marketing campaigns and content delivery across M&S Fashion, Home & Beauty.
• Coordinate campaign briefs, trackers, shoot sheets, select packs, asset packs, and in-store marketing trackers.
• Manage product samples, styling sessions, pre- and post-shoot production, and shoot logistics.
• Support artwork and imagery approvals, partnership campaigns, and larger campaign shoots.
• Coordinate samples and pre-shoot production for international shoots, including carnet preparation.
• Maintain project updates and relationships with senior Marketing, Buying, Merchandising, Production, ITG, and M&S stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong organisation, planning, prioritisation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines and adapt to changing priorities across business units.
• Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented approach with an interest in process improvement and smarter working.
• Quick learning ability and confidence working with stakeholders at different seniority levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Understanding of customer service and the importance of accurate, timely delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience in shoots or retail, including sample management and production.
