Product Manager - Brokerage - Middle East (Fintech/Brokerage): Building and scaling brokerage infrastructure and products across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and the wider GCC with an accent on regulatory alignment, market connectivity, and Sharia-compliant offerings. Focus on defining regional product strategy, launching derivatives and securities lending, integrating local brokers and market infrastructure, and solving complex CMA, Tadawul, and Edaa requirements.

What you will do
- Own brokerage products for Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and the wider GCC, including equities, Sukuk, ETFs, derivatives, and Sharia-compliant solutions.
- Define regional product strategy, roadmap priorities, ROI, competition analysis, and build-versus-buy decisions.
- Launch brokerage features, integrations, direct connectivity, operational workflows, and local broker partnerships.
- Improve settlement, custody, clearing, and securities lending operations while owning product metrics.
- Work with engineers, operations teams, institutional clients, partners, and regional regulators to deliver compliant products.
- Lead customer and stakeholder discussions and report product status and results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or an equivalent field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, consulting, and/or startup building, preferably in financial services or fintech.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in brokerage, capital markets, or fintech in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
- Strong understanding of the CMA regulatory framework, Tadawul market structure, and GCC capital markets.
- Strong written and verbal Arabic and English required.
- Strong business acumen and ability to balance stakeholder needs, technical feasibility, time, and budget constraints.
Nice to have
- Experience developing brokerage products in Saudi or GCC markets.
- Technical background with APIs, especially in financial services or trading platforms.
- CME-1 or another CMA-recognized professional certification.
- Experience with Qualified Foreign Investor programs or cross-border investment products.
- Familiarity with Sharia-compliant product structures, Islamic finance, fintech startups, or CMA-authorized institutions.
