Manager, Field Engineering - Polish Speaker (Data & AI)

What you will do

• Lead, hire, onboard, coach, and scale a pre-sales engineering team across Eastern Europe.
• Partner with Enterprise Sales leadership to qualify opportunities, forecast technical pipelines, and accelerate enterprise sales cycles.
• Guide technical validations, proofs of concept, and proofs of value toward long-term consumption and measurable customer ROI.
• Advise customer CTOs, CDOs, Chief AI Officers, System Integrators, and Cloud Service Providers on strategic data and AI architectures.
• Review and influence complex multi-cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Represent the technical organization in regional customer events, executive roundtables, and developer communities.

Requirements

• Proven experience building, coaching, and scaling technical pre-sales or solutions architecture teams.
• Background in a technical domain within SaaS, cloud, enterprise data, or AI environments.
• Experience with consumption-based SaaS models, technical pipeline management, and deal qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
• Ability to assess and influence complex multi-cloud data architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong communication, whiteboarding, storytelling, and executive engagement skills.
• Professional fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Polish, Greek, Romanian, Bulgarian, Czech, or another Eastern European language, with Polish preferred.
• Experience with the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
