Test Technician (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Update test procedures for board- and equipment-level verification activities, including objectives, configurations, instrumentation, test steps, and success criteria.
• Prepare jigs and tooling fixtures and execute hardware tests in collaboration with senior test technicians and test engineers.
• Handle and operate deliverable products carefully during testing under tight schedules and customer pressure.
• Raise non-conformance reports during board test execution.
• Prepare test reports with measured parameters, requirement comparisons, results, and completion of verification objectives.
• Support occasional evening shifts and weekend testing during campaign periods.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in testing and reporting for hardware, component boards, aerospace, aircraft, space, or military products.
• Practical experience with oscilloscopes, logic and spectrum analyzers, multimeters, signal generators, and related instrumentation.
• Vocational training degree.
• Proficient English required.
• Disciplined and methodical approach, with effective communication, active listening, decision-making, persuasion, negotiation, and stress-management skills.
• Current work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.
