Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid/home based

Salary: PLN 151,200–280,700 annualized

What you will do

• Negotiate clinical trial contracts and budgets with sponsors and investigative sites.
• Support study start-up and site activation activities in Poland.
• Manage stakeholder communication and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical research environment.
• Apply knowledge of clinical trial systems, processes, and regulatory documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Law.
• At least 3 years of clinical research or legal experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with clinical trial processes and legal regulations applicable to clinical trials in Poland.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience negotiating clinical trial contracts and budgets.
• Working knowledge of clinical trial systems.
• Legal background.
