Supplier Quality Specialist (MedTech)

Location: Hybrid work model in Warsaw, Poland

Contract: 12-month full-time contract, with a possibility of extension depending on business needs

What you will do

• Maintain supplier records and related information in Supplier Quality Lifecycle Management and other quality systems.
• Ensure supplier master data is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal procedures.
• Cleanse and standardize supplier records to support a reliable supplier database.
• Request, review, maintain, and track supplier quality documentation and certifications.
• Support the preparation, revision, and execution of Supplier Quality Agreements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for supplier quality processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Quality, Supplier Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or a related area.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, organization, and document management skills.
• Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
