Contract Specialist (Medtech)

Salary: $34.00–$38.00 per hour, plus bonus or incentive pay

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve customer and contract inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including agreement booking, contract data maintenance, and compliance with billing, shipping, and contractual terms.
• Partner with Sales on renewals, contract expirations, new placements, pricing, and contract-term issues.
• Mentor and guide team members while supporting a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of contract experience or related experience.
• Demonstrated customer service, relationship-building, contract interpretation, and contract-language skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work on-site in Brea, California.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with complex diagnostic contract structures and ambiguous scenarios.
• Previous experience working with a sales team.
