Project Purchaser – Partner Management EMEA (AutoStore)

What you will do

• Lead project-related sourcing across EMEA, including RFQs, bid evaluations, supplier selection, negotiations, and award recommendations.
• Manage commercial negotiations and project-specific agreements covering pricing, terms, schedules, responsibilities, and risks.
• Develop existing partner relationships and identify, evaluate, and qualify alternative suppliers.
• Work with Project Management, Engineering, Installation, Sales, and local entities during project execution.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure agreed cost, quality, delivery, and contractual requirements are met.
• Identify commercial and supplier risks, develop mitigation measures, and improve sourcing strategies and partner management processes.

Requirements

• Experience in procurement, preferably in a project-driven environment such as logistics, automation, or construction.
• Completed education in a commercial field, business administration, supply chain management, engineering, or a related area.
• Strong negotiation, communication, supplier relationship, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent English skills are essential.
• Familiarity with contract law and its application in procurement and project contracts.

• University degree or certifications in procurement or project management.
• Additional European languages.
