Buyer (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site at the Marshall, MN facility, United States. The position is open only to applicants who qualify as U.S. Persons under ITAR/EAR requirements.

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year; full-time, typically 40 hours per week.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain working relationships with assigned suppliers.
• Monitor warehouse stock and inventory while planning materials needed for production and delivery schedules.
• Negotiate contracts and delivery conditions for parts, materials, and services.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely procurement and delivery.
• Track supplier performance and communicate claims related to non-conforming orders.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of purchasing or expediting experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Business-related education or experience, with an emphasis on negotiation skills preferred.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under applicable ITAR/EAR regulations.
