Analyst (TMT Investment Banking)

What you will do

• Develop client presentations, reports, industry research, and benchmarking materials for the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors.
• Build and analyze financial models for mergers, leveraged buyouts, public listings, and financing alternatives.
• Review accounting and regulatory statements, debt and equity filings, projections, and transaction documentation.
• Support live deal execution, including due diligence, legal-document drafting, roadshows, and coordination with banks and transaction parties.
• Work with senior bankers, product experts, client management teams, and working groups to provide financial and economic advice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record and at least one year of work experience, or an MBA with relevant experience.
• Significant investment banking experience, including buy-side and sell-side M&A, equity financing, and debt financing transactions.
• Experience with due diligence and transaction execution processes.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, including DCF, LBO, merger modeling, comparable companies, and precedent transactions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, teamwork, attention to detail, initiative, and integrity.
• Ability to work with colleagues across multiple groups and regions and develop into a senior TMT investment banking professional.
