What you will do

• Develop client presentations and reports using industry research, mathematical models, and statistical techniques for TMT-sector strategic alternatives, capital markets activities, equity positioning, and corporate governance.
• Analyze M&A, leveraged buyout, public listing, equity financing, debt financing, and other transaction scenarios.
• Review accounting and regulatory statements, debt and equity filings, financial projections, and client models to provide financial and economic advice.
• Support live deal execution through due diligence, legal-document drafting with lawyers and potential buyers, roadshows, and coordination with other investment banks and transaction parties.
• Work with senior bankers, product experts, client management teams, and working groups to address financial, market, and economic issues and execute projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record and at least 1 year of work experience, or an MBA with relevant experience.
• Significant investment banking experience; Technology/TMT experience is preferred.
• Experience with buy-side and sell-side M&A, equity and debt financing transactions, due diligence, and transaction execution.
• Strong financial modelling skills and valuation experience with DCF, LBO, merger modelling, comparable companies, and precedent transactions.
• Experience preparing and maintaining industry and company presentations, benchmarking materials, and process documents.
• Ability to work effectively with team members across multiple groups and regions and build relationships with a wide range of contacts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong work ethic, motivation, attention to detail, personal integrity, initiative, and leadership qualities.
• Ability to develop into a senior TMT investment banking professional.
