AI Product Manager

Location: Remote for full-time salaried employees currently residing in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada. Listed markets include the San Francisco Bay Area, Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Houston, and Toronto.

Salary: US base pay $160,000–$210,000 with equity, or Canada base pay CA$160,000–CA$210,000 with equity.

What you will do

• Own the AI agents and automation system for the insurance marketplace.
• Shape the agentic and conversational front end, including chatbots, voicebots, and computer-use agents.
• Build backend workflow automations for document validation, record disputes, and policy transactions with external insurance carrier systems.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and decide which capabilities to invest in next.
• Build and ship AI products to production while maintaining scalable architecture.
• Partner with OpenAI to evaluate and deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years owning product strategy and execution for a technical product.
• Hands-on experience partnering with engineering and making technical trade-off decisions based on business impact.
• Experience evaluating new AI models and determining why one architecture or approach is superior to another.
• Experience putting LLM-based systems into production, including evaluations, regression handling, latency, cost, and failure management.
• Experience with TypeScript, Nest, React, GraphQL, AWS, or comparable technologies is relevant to the stack.
• Current residence in one of the listed U.S. states or Ontario, Canada is required for full-time salaried employment.

Nice to have

• Experience working at an early-stage startup.
• Experience with voicebots, computer-use agents, insurance automation, or complex workflow orchestration.
