What you will do

Oversee maintenance of production and test equipment to meet company standards and minimize downtime.
Supervise technicians responsible for repairing and maintaining equipment.
Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs, procedures, and training.
Manage spare-parts inventory and coordinate manufacturing activities.
Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to support efficient operations.
Direct support-track employees and occasionally perform similar work.

Requirements

Experience overseeing production equipment maintenance and repair activities.
Ability to manage preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
Ability to supervise, train, develop, and evaluate maintenance personnel.
Ability to manage spare-parts inventory and follow established operational guidelines.
